The guide:
Dawn Mauricio has been practicing and studying mindfulness meditation for 2005. She regularly participates in silent retreats in Canada, the United States, Thailand and Burma.
Dawn is a meditation teacher for Northern Pathway, Inward Bound Mindfulness Education and Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She also regularly leads meditation sessions and workshops in Canada and the United States.
For the French version, Caroline Mailhot lends her voice to Dawn.

Each journey has 13 meditations, both guided and unguided.
The trip to the Amazon is free.
The first meditation on other trips is free. To continue the journey, the 6 guided meditations and 6 soundscapes cost 7.99.
Once purchased, you can follow a journey's meditations as often as you like, even after you've completed it. The meditations are slightly different on a second visit.
You can choose the duration of each meditation (6, 10, 20 or 30 minutes). If you choose a short meditation, you do not lose any teachings of the guide. It is simply the silence time that is shorter.
Each meditation is summarized and illustrated with watercolors in your travel diary.
You can represent your feelings, your ideas or your emotions in an artistic and original way, after each meditation.
You can adjust the level of music, moods and voice.
The application also contains a timer section that allows you to meditate without being guided, choosing a soundscape and a musical instrument:
You can choose to meditate for 10, 20, 30 and 60 minutes.
In this version, you choose Himalayan instruments and soundscapes. Other choices will be available soon.
